One of the patients approached a staffer (and videoed part of the conversation with his permission) and asked him why there are LGBT flyers, but Christian material is not allowed.
The staffer compared Christianity to a political issue, and said that if the Center allows that material, it's as if theyâre promoting it. His antagonism against Christianity was not hidden: When the patient said that the Bible considers homosexuality an abomination, the staffer said that the Bible created a culture hostile to women and endorsed slavery.
The staffer said that the Center is not promoting the gay agenda. âIt's an LGBTA+ support group. That group is allowed to exist, and their flyers are allowed to exist,â he said. âYou donât have to come here.â That is the kind of âreasoningâ that the patients have to put up with.
Whatâs happening to patients at the Orange County facility is clearly being done across the country. Clarvidaâs national website has a page devoted to âPride Monthâ that reveals how radical this company is.
Its suggested âdaily activitiesâ for a week of âPrideâ include two days of âStonewallâ articles and videos, donating to the poisonous âTrevor Projectâ (which counsels teenagers to be transgender or âgayâ), updating oneâs email signatures to include âpronouns,â and participating in LGBT activism by working with the toxic âHuman Rights Campaign.â

Definitions matter. In conversations, we often find ourselves using the same vocabulary as others, but not the same dictionary. To have good conversations, we must first clarify our definitions.

Today, sexual freedom is considered an absolute. Weâre told that nothing should threaten or constrain our sexual choices.
Thatâs why, in this cultural context, the historic view of Christianity, that sex belongs only in the context of marriage between one man and one woman is seen as antiquated, unrealistic, and even dangerous.
Does God really care about who we sleep with? The next time someone asks you that question, here are three things to remember:
1. God cares about who we sleep with because He cares about us, and sex affects us deeply.
2. God cares about who we sleep with because of what He designed sex to do.
3. Jesus is for you, and even his difficult directives are for your good.
For the record, I think it's particularly disturbing that Kalani talked about "rooting out all prejudice" in her bid for this resolution. Does she intend to exterminate all mankind? Whether some liberals want to accept it or not, prejudice is a sad fact of life in the human condition. Human beings bear grudges, lose their temper, have fits of rage, get angry without cause. We need to focus on curbing and preventing invidious discrimination, i.e. bad behavior, not bad thoughts. You don't invidious discrimination with resolutions, and some behaviors and ideologies should be discriminated against. Kalani says that she wants Torrance to be "inclusive for everyone." Does that include terrorists, sex offenders, and other miscreants, too?
Lots of atheists criticize the Genesis account in the Bible by saying that it makes no sense for there to have been light before the sun existed. But science says the same thing. According to secular science and astronomy, there were other stars and light sources that were around before the sun, and light originally came from the Big Bang, which sounds a lot like God saying "let there be light", doesn't it?

Back in the days when schools taught something more than self-pity, indignation and jumping to conclusions, many teachers required that students read Henry Wadsworth Longfellowâs 1863 poem, âPaul Revereâs Ride.â For generations of Americans, its opening line, âListen, my children, and you shall hear of the midnight ride of Paul Revere,â was, perhaps, the single best-known line of poetry. How can a child of nine know what it means to engage in homosexual behavior, or understand the risks? The answer to the first is, only if adults have molested him, and to the second: he canât.

Buttigiegâs only previous job has been as Mayor of the tiny town of South Bend in Indiana, with a population of 100,000 people. Itâs benefited from the Trump economic upturn but itâs still a small town full of poverty, sub-standard housing and high rates of violent crime. Pathetic to imagine that after being its Mayor he is now fit for the White House!

The issues families can have with Prehistoric Planet Season 2 are violence, blood, evolution, feathers, fake science, warm blooded and more. Prehistoric Planet Season 2 focuses a lot on certain animals. Prehistoric Planet Season 2 also teaches Old Earth theory as if it is fact. In fact most of what is shared in Prehistoric Planet Season 2 is taught as fact. Why wasnât true science used and taught in Prehistoric Planet Season 2?
The biggest problem I have with Prehistoric Planet Season 2 is the same as the first season. I listened very carefully to hear: âscientist think,â or âscientists now believe,â used over and over again in Prehistoric Planet Season 2. True science is coming up with a theory, testing the theory, and then either proving it, leaving it as is, or giving up on it. Gravity is a great example. We can all test that gravity works here on Earth by dropping something. Thinking and believing something are faith based not science based. Prehistoric Planet Season 2 does a great disservice to viewers by throwing out wild theories and never proving anything.
I do not believe these dinosaurs were warm blooded or had feathers. I also do not believe the flying ones walked like that. Prehistoric Planet Season 2 is more fantasy than reality to me. I am also someone who is not convinced of Old Earth theory. Too much of the âscienceâ on that is shaky. Prehistoric Planet Season 2 does tell compelling and interesting stories about these animals.
Yolanda had a wonderful question about Prehistoric Planet Season 2. There was a T-Rex that found a giant dead dinosaur and it was eating it. These two flying dinosaurs showed up in Prehistoric Planet Season 2. Why not share? This was Yolandaâs question. Maybe they did share if this happened in the real world. We do not know one way or the other. Prehistoric Planet Season 2 shows they did not share. Who is right?

What would you say?
It is absolutely true that black lives matter. Christians believe that because all people are made in the image of God, everyone has dignity and equal value. And itâs important to affirm that truth for specific groups who feel their value and dignity have not been recognized or have even been denied.
However, we need to distinguish between the truth of the phrase âblack lives matter,â and the organization that goes by the same name. The next time youâre talking about racial justice and someone says Christians should support Black Lives Matter, remember these 3 things:
1. The Black Lives Matter Movement is all about âBlack Power.â
2. The Black Lives Matter Movement is radically pro-abortion.
3. The Black Lives Matter Movement is fundamentally dishonest.
A quarter century ago, volunteers from Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) vigorously protested the blasphemous release of the film Dogma, which openly mocked the Catholic faith in the name of comedy. The constitutional order whose death Reaume mourns supposedly lives instead, today, in the United States of America. âSouth of the border, Americans have maintained their right to bear arms, have found recourse in the courts for the COVID violations against business and churches, and are much more encouraging of the free market. Meanwhile, our homeland is being flooded with immigrants.â
Reaume, who earned his divinity degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, offers his flock an autocratic hero to match his politics. âIf we appealed to Donald Trump to restore our social and constitutional order by annexing Canada, we would not be too far out of line with our own constitutional heritage.â
But what about the problem that Canada is further âleftâ than the United States? âOnly those former Canadians and their offspring who clearly demonstrate loyalty to American ideals would be permitted to vote,â writes Reaume. âThe other families could exist as disenfranchised persons on the North American continent.â

At the May 20th, 2025, city council meeting, Councilwoman Sharon Kalani, wanting to fit in with the liberal in-crowd in the city, once again asked for a motion of concurrence to bring forward a "Pride" resolution for the city of Torrance to recognize June as "Pride month."
Councilwoman Kalani is not thinking about the best interests of the community.
She is pushing a narrow, DEI-based agenda to please key sponsors or donors in the city, I imagine. She announced that she was thinking about running for mayor a few months ago. She says that she wants the city to get "back to business."
Since when is celebrating sexual perversion, exploitation, and dysfunction part of the business of Torrance? Since when is taking up city council business for a perverse resolution "getting back to business"?
Anti-LGBTQ+ Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) claimed she knows climate change is a liberal scam because itâs actually God who controls the weather
âGod controls the climate because he controls the sun and the sun controls the weather, primarily,â Miller said in a video decrying Green New Deal initiatives

Miller has a history of extreme statements. In 2022, she hailed the Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade by saying that it was a âvictory for white lifeâ
She later walked back the statement, saying that she had just accidentally mispronounced the phrase âright to lifeâ
A year prior, Miller drew national attention when she praised Adolf Hitler for being ârightâ about the need for conservatives to indoctrinate children[âŚ]
That same year, Miller introduced an anti-trans bathroom bill in Congress. It was the first bill she ever introduced, and she said that it would fight âradical gender ideologyâ being pushed âon our childrenâ
